Calendula Oil:

Quality ingredients have greater healing power and hold in moisture and protection longer than other products on the market. We also choose ingredients that have a low susceptibility to rancidity.  We melt the ingredients down slowly under low heat and mix the calendula oil in last with the heat off, so it can retain its healing properties.

Coconut Oil’s healthy has fats that contain Lauric Acid, Capric Acid, Caprylic Acid, Myristic Acid and Palmitic. Coconut oil also contains about 2% linoleic acid (poly-unsaturated fatty acids) and about 6% oleic acid (monounsaturated fatty acids).

Lauric acid has antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal properties. Capric and caprylic acid also have similar properties as lauric acid and are best known for their anti-fungal effects.

Our second most prevalent ingredient is Calendula Oil because of its incredible healing power and other properties.  This is also, by far our most expensive ingredient, and why you will not find it in other brands (or at least not prevalent enough to make an impact), but we believe it is worth its weight in gold!

We start with Bees Wax as our base.  When applied to the skin, beeswax forms a protective barrier that helps protect paws from environmental assaults, while also holding in moisture and reducing dryness.  Unlike ingredients made from petroleum, however, beeswax doesn't “suffocate” the skin, and won't clog pores. Beeswax is also thought to have anti-fungal properties preventing the growth of yeasts and other fungi.

Is also a great moisturizer and helps seal in the  the moisture and help create a shield to protect your pets paws for a longer period of time.
